Late Payments:
If you fail to make timely payments, we may suspend or withhold medical services until the outstanding balance is cleared. Specific late payment fees will be outlined in the agreement.
3. Healthcare Service Provision

The specific services provided by Medics at Hand—including telemedicine consultations, ongoing treatment plans, or chronic care management—will be detailed in a separate service agreement or medical consultation summary. This document will detail the healthcare services provided, expected outcomes, and estimated timelines.
Revisions or Follow-Up:
We offer a reasonable number of follow-up consultations based on your treatment plan. Additional consultations beyond the scope of your initial agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
Client Cooperation:
Your cooperation is essential to ensure successful medical outcomes. Timely feedback, sharing of medical history, and compliance with prescribed treatment plans are crucial. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays in treatment, or modifications in your medical care plan.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Medics at Hand provides telemedicine services for medical consultations and advice. However, these services are not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership:
Any healthcare materials, such as personalized medical reports, treatment plans, or educational content provided to you by Medics at Hand, are for your personal use. You may not redistribute or use these materials for commercial purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Confidential Information:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any medical or proprietary information disclosed during the course of the healthcare services. This includes patient medical information and any private healthcare details shared between you and Medics at Hand.
7. Data Privacy and Security

8. Termination
Termination for Cause:
Either party can terminate this agreement for cause if the other party significantly breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days written notice. This could include failure to pay for services or consistently missing scheduled consultations.
Termination for Convenience:
You can terminate the agreement at any time with written notice, subject to payment for medical services already provided. Medics at Hand may also require compensation for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred for your treatment.
9. Liability
Limitation of Liability:
Medics at Hand’s liability for any damages arising from the provision of medical services is limited to the total amount you paid for those specific services. Medics at Hand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from medical advice or treatments provided.
Indemnification:
You agree to protect and hold Medics at Hand harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the healthcare services or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
Dispute Resolution:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of these laws.
Jurisdiction:
Legal actions or proceedings will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Waiver of Jury Trial:
You and Medics at Hand waive the right to trial by jury for any claims or disputes arising from these Terms.
